6th International Workshop on Induced Polarization

The 6th international meeting on Induced Polarization (IP) will be organized in Annecy (Haute-Savoie) in France on the 22nd -25th June 2020. It will take place at the Imperial Palace on the banks of Lake of Annecy. The charming city of Annecy is located 30 minutes away from the international airport of Geneva in Switzerland (https://www.gva.ch/en/).

The meeting will be organized in honor of Conrad Schlumberger, celebrating the 100th anniversary of his seminal book on electrical methods published in 1920 in both French and English (Etude sur la Prospection électrique du Sous-sol, Study regarding electrical prospection of the underground). This book contains the first quantitative description of induced polarization.
